A: This is the day the Lord has made, C: let us rejoice and be glad in it!
*A most blessed and Happy Easter season to all. And a special welcome to guests visiting with us today. We are blessed by your presence and pray you are blessed as we worship together.

*The celebration of our Risen Lord continues after worship as we share refreshments and fellowship across the lobby in the parlor. We ask children to please stay with parents until we call them for the Easter Egg Hunt.

*Come bowl on Haven’s duckpin bowling team at the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Bowling Party on Sunday April 23, at 2 pm. More information, sign-up and sponsor sheets on the mobile message board. If you can not bowl, be a sponsor for one of Haven’s team members.

*Be sure to check off three favorite hymns on your attendance sheet or add one of your own. The hymns that receive the most votes will be used in our Music Sunday worship service on April 30th.

*Those who sponsored lilies, tulips and hyacinths to decorate our sanctuary for Easter may pick up their flowers after worship today. Thank you for bringing such beauty to our Easter worship.

*Speaking of flowers, envelopes to order red geraniums for May 21st, Confirmation Sunday can be found in the lobby. Orders are due by May 7th. How red can we make the sanctuary?

*Haven’s Yard Sale is coming April 29th! Sign up for a table or to help on the attendance sheet.. Those who wish to donate items for Haven’s Sale Table can begin bringing in items NEXT Sunday.

*Please read the article in your newsletter concerning the location of our summer worship service. Please prayerfully consider what would be the best course for the congregation.
This week’s concerns and joys:
*Thanks to our Parish Life Team, Haven’s Youth Team and all who contributed baked goods, eggs and goodies for today’s Easter refreshments and Hunt. Thanks to Ann Conrad and our soup and sandwich makers for our Midweek Lenten meals. Many thanks to all participants, the Altar Guild, Worship Team, and our music leaders for all their efforts in making this Lent and Easter season such a blessing. A special shout out to Haven’s Choir, music director Dick Hess and accompanist, Bruce Larson for the very meaningful Good Friday Choral service. To God be the glory!

*Our Easter Food Basket Collection was an extraordinary success! Thanks to you, 13 families were blessed with an abundance of food. God’s Work. Our Hands.

Pastor’s Alessandri’s surgery on her shoulder is this Friday. Please save your bulletin for the names and phone numbers of the local pastors who will provide pastoral care while she recovers. Keep Pastor in prayer.

*Best wishes to Sue Resh who celebrates a birthdays this week.
