C: that I may walk in your truth

*God’s blessings to all this Second Sunday of Lent and a special welcome to any guests visiting with us today We are blessed by your presence and pray you are blessed as we worship together.

*EASTER FLOWER ALERT! EASTER FLOWER ALERT! In case you missed the signs on the entrances and the insert in the bulletin, all Easter flower orders are due TODAY! Use the bulletin insert or envelopes in the narthex and order your Easter flowers TODAY. Think Spring!

* Good going, Haven! A good number of the egg tags were taken last week. We are on our way to gathering the food needed for our Easter Food Baskets. Check out the tree in the narthex each week and take an egg tag or two with needed items printed on them. Thank you for your support of this Haven project to battle hunger.

*Haven’s March newsletter is available in the narthex. , there are corrected copies of Luther’s Small Catechism for your Lenten Travel folders. Did you find the unintended deletion in the Ten Commandment section?

*Calling all people who enjoy fun and love our Youth. On April 1st our youth are sponsoring Dessert and A Show —- all the homemade desserts you can eat and an interactive who-dun-it play by The Potomac Playmakers. Tickets are only $10 and pure profit for our Youth fund thanks to the donation of the Potomac Playmakers and our fabulous bakers. Tickets available in the narthex. Invite family, friends, neighbors. They’ll have a fun and tasty time.

*Got any old phone books you’d like to discard? Bring them to Haven to benefit Antietam Academy. A box is in the narthex.

*We forgot to put in the bulletin that we need candy and treats for our Easter Hunt eggs. We have PLENTY of plastic eggs but now need to fill them. There will be a box in the narthex for donations. Thank you. Despite the weather forecast, THINK SPRING!

This week’s concerns and joys:
*Best wishes to Cliff Britton, Kristen Schupp, Jan Merique, Ruth Kaldy, Cindy Rhodes and Inez Winebrenner who celebrate birthdays this week.
